The motel is situated at a busy main road ..just near the Shangri-La Rasa Sayang. Bus stop and taxi stand located in front of the motel. You can walk to nearby eateries including McD and Subway in 6min. Shops, 7Eleven, DIY also in 6min, Night market and Ferringhi Walk in 10min. By bus (101/102), Entopia and ESCAPE is just 16min away. Veranda@ smoking corner full of plants warmly welcomed me. The owners@ uncle and aunty were nice, friendly and very accommodating during my stay. Even upgraded my room for free. My room was clean, well lighted, standard basic budget size room with window. Comfy bed and clean bathroom.Water dispenser is at the front desk with free complimentary coffee or tea. Overall, good people, great location, comfy bed and well-rested.

I would highly recommend this accomodation! As soon as we arrived the hosts showed genuine care in ensuring we have a comfortable stay. Location is fantastic, you can walk to everything - beaches, food, main tourist markets etc. The rooms were simple, but everything you need. Shower water was hot with strong pressure. Common facilities also helped make our stay comfortable! But mostly, the hosts quickly made us feel at home. It is great value for money. Thank you hosts for your hospitality!

It is so true about the friendliness of their motel staffs. They welcome you and very helpful and friendly and they don't disturb you while your staying in their motel. It is value for money you pay. It is a comfortable room to sleep and clean.

Fantastic hospitality, .....it's so true what others say about the wonderful hospitality that the staff have at the Rasa Motel. Very very obliging staff who went out of their way to help travellers. As previously mentioned by other reviewers, it felt like I was staying at a friends place.

The room was clean enough but very little furniture, one chair and one little table. The location was perfect, with a bus stop in front of the motel. There was a night market, restaurants around... it was good. Also there is a big shopping shop just near the motel, where you can buy everything you need. The receptionists were friendly and nice. very gentle, helpful all the time.

Very friendly motel owner helpful, Keep up the good motel. Great location. Night market, McDonald's, beach ⛱️ within 5 min of walking. Value for money. Our second booking with the same motel....

Excellent and generous host. Gave us a room upgrade at no additional cost. Information about local transportation provided All staff were kind Perfect location, map on arrival helpful. Air condition sufficient Social area outside was good. Able to dry clothes outside

The hosts were superb. The accommodation was very clean and is maintained very well. Location superb and host showed us a map on arrival of key places to go. We saw the beautiful sunsets and the Long Beach food market was a 5 minute walk. We used the local bus to Georgetown and it cost under £1 for the 2 of us. No frills and fancies but excellent value for money and with the added lovely hosts I would highly recommend the motel.

Lovey friendly staff . Located in strategic area for beach, night market and numerous eateries. Ideal for solo travelers on a budget. Free tea , coffee and water in reception. Beautiful seating area . Little convenience store right next door .

The hosts are amazing people , friendly and helpful , and make you feel welcomed! I love the room , it’s so clean and the towels are thick and good quality , the bed is very comfortable , makes me want to sleep more ! The toilet of cos, it’s very clean ! Very convenient to walk to the sea and places to eat !! Mr Goh explained in details which way to go , his info is so helpful !!!
